Chocolate Mousseux South Australian Sparkling Shiraz

‘Vin Mousseux’ is an umbrella term for all sparkling wines, no matter their production flair. Our Chocolate Mousseux (yes, you pronounce it “moose”) is a quintessential Australian example and one of life’s little pleasures. With all the hallmarks of a robust Shiraz ‘buck’ with soft ‘velvet’ tannins in a bubbly moreish style, it is the perfect red for warmer weather and celebrations.
This wine is a flavour burst of juicy Black Cherry, ripe Raspberries, and the smooth texture of Chocolate- dare we say it – mousse.
