Pronounced Shoy-ray-bay, this exotic German variety is a cross of Riesling and Bouquet Blanc. The variety is named after its creator Dr. Scheu. Showing its distinctive pronounced bouquet of wild flowers and hints of passionfruit on the nose with a palate that is crisp and clean, with focused acidity driving a voluptuous texture of freshly cut ginger and lemon zest. The finish is precise with a slight mineral hint and pithy acid vibrancy.
