Introducing our New Rakia, without star anise. Situated in the heart of the Adelaide Plains, where some of the world's finest wines are produced, we're lucky to call this place home. Here, we've sourced a 3-year-old Shiraz wine and distilled it five times in our still, ‘Pando’, ensuring a clean and smooth spirit.
Following distillation, it then ages in Cognac barrels, where the oak infuses flavours of vanilla and caramel, enriching its taste and complexity. Featuring a beautiful golden hue and subtle fruity notes, this spirit is uniquely delicious.
