SOFI Spritz Lemon and Elderflower is a modern Australian twist on a classic Italian cocktail, The Hugo Spritz. Crafted with Australian white wine, lemon, elderflower and sparkling water. Refreshingly light and zesty citrus, balanced by the delicate floral and fragrant notes of elderflower.  Best enjoyed in a glass with lots of ice, a wheel of lemon and a sprig of mint.

I thought this was yum - needs to be served over ice and I added the lemon and mint as suggested - super easy and delicious!
