Mexican Whisky Rainbow Corn 750mL

Sierra Norte Mexican Corn Whiskey Rainbow, produced in Oaxaca, Mexico, is made from a mash bill of 85% native Oaxacan corn (white, yellow, purple and black) and 15% malted barley. The whiskey is double distilled in copper pot stills and aged for a minimum of 10 months in French oak barrels. Each corn varietal is distilled separately and aged in single barrels to showcase its unique character. The Master Distiller, Douglas French, oversees the entire process, from the traditional farming of the heirloom corn to the final bottling.
