Production : Gin made from high quality English grain, distilled four times in stills of more than 100 years old according to the traditional English system. Prominent among the botanicals used is Buddha’s hand lemon, juniper berries, coriander seeds, angelica root, orange peel, lemon peel, orris root powder, liquorice root powder, cassia bark, almonds shells, sweet orange and orange blossom.
Tasting notes : Intense and delicate aromas are present, with the citrus notes of Buddha’s hand and sweet orange to the fore, as well as the spicy and earthy notes of seeds, especially juniper and cardamom, enveloped in a floral finish of orange blossom.
Suggestions for consumption : As the star of the classic Gin and Tonic it is an exquisite and subtle gin, clearly expressing the delicate aromatic notes of the botanicals with the citruses to the fore, especially Buddha’s hand, of which we recommend the addition of a little peel.
