On the palate there is intense flavor, with fresh, limey fruit, mouthwatering acidity, and remarkable purity. It is bone dry and unoaked to maintain freshness.

We're loving this. Opens with a wave of crunchy grapefruit and nettle, that remains throughout and makes for a lovely long ride of flavour. Textured, field herbs; adding interest and complexity without stunting the fluency. Fantastic mouth feel and richness; one out of the box.
