About this product

Named in honour of the natural spring located on the estate vineyard where the origin of the River Torrens flows from to the heart of the city of Adelaide. Intense varietal nose of red berry characters, licorice and barnyard and spice. Exquisitely balanced layered with cherry, rhubarb flavours and a spritz of juicy granny smith acidity, underpinned by fine, velvety tannins ending on a chocolate/cherry ripe finish.

An excellent Pinot Noir from the Adelaide region, very smooth and a real joy to drink with most meals fish,poultry of red meats.
