The Broken Heart Gin story begins with a couple of Germans living in the Southern Alps of New Zealand. There was Joerg the pilot and Bernd who was an engineer. Both were philosophers as well as committed Master Distillers. Broken Heart Gin boasts an intricate balance of eleven herbs and surprisingly good with a twist of orange. It became a ritual, one a day at dusk, as day turned to night, the taste of the time of in-between.
