Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 225 Sauternes Finish 700mL

This whisky starts in first fill bourbon cask adn then spends 12 months in 225 litre Chateau Suduiraut Sauternes cask from Bordeaux. The nose opens with a sweetness, honey, vanilla and toasted oask. Citrus and sweet on the palate, the rich and creamy dram opens to some tropical fruits with pineapple and orange peel. The finish is rich with chocolate and créme brulee.
