Honey coloured, with fine and elegant carbonation, creamy and constant white foam with ivory tones. Secondary bottle-fermentation yeast adds a natural cloudy appearance. The taste is slightly sweet at first but with a more complex follow-on, fruits notes, subtle honey and toasted grain flavours
