Mezcal Gin Agave Cenizo is a small-batch, handcrafted, double distilled gin made from a Mezcal base of 100% wild agave. Through an ancestral elaboration process and the London Dry Gin method, the classic characteristics of Mezcal and the magical essence of Gin were brought together to create a one of a kind spirit.

It just amazing how the flavours just keep evolving, it is like an explotion of flavours in your palate. I would really like to try it with a Negroni, sure it would rock!

It's like drinking Gin sitting near the fire, the smokiness of Mezcal and the botanicals of Gin were perfectly married... very unexpected and unique. It is a little bit expensive, but totally worth it!!
