Barril Mezcal

In Zapotec (pre-hispanic culture from central Mexico) "Jolgorios" are moments of joy, celebration and rememberance. El Jolgrio Mezcal has created a range of artisinal Mezcales which reflect Mexican culture and tradition. This Mezcal is produced exclusively from Agave Barill, a suspecies of the Karwinski family of Agaves that grows wild in hilly areas. Barril Agave creates Mezcal of great complexity, balancing sweetness and citrus.
