Starting to develop some subtle secondary characters with extra time in bottle. The dark cherry and dried herb fruit have been partnered with American oak, which has worked well. Has a plush and already complex palate with a hint of lather and spice. It will handle further time in the cellar, but I reckon it’s great drinking now.
