Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazSingle vineyard, vine-dried Shiraz, grown on our estate is a rich and powerful wine. Full bodied and full flavour, the persistent palate is velvety smooth and long lasting. Generous ripe fruit flavours and exotic spice are balanced with silky tannins and sweet oak flavours on the finish. Serve with any flavoursome beef dishes, such as braised beef cheeks, wagyu beef burgers or classic steaks.
