Dry, Full Bodied style of ShirazThis single vineyard, single varietal Shiraz is abundant & generous in style. Full bodied & intensely flavoured, it's produced from our estate grown grapes that have been dried on the vine to concentrate flavours. For additional complexity, the wine has been aged in American oak barrels for 18 months. With layers of rich dark fruit & smooth tannins the wine is multilayered and accessible. Cellar five to eight years from release.
