About this product

Miscela (Mish-Shell-A) pays tribue to the art of blending and going 'above and beyond'.  Nestled in the Clare Valley's Stanley Flat Region, is Calcannia, where Cabernet Sauvignon thrives along with Sangiovese, the Italian grape which we've coaxed to trophy-winning levels in this vineyard.  The mature vines coupled with innovative thinking offers a rich intensity. Firm silky tannins provide the backbone to this commanding style.  Ripe dark chocolate, savoury cherry and blackcurrant fruits are complexed with French oak spice to suit lamb shanks and Asian dishes.  Cellar up to 10 years from vintage.  Vegan Friendly.
