"Centurion vines hand-picked and fully destemmed to yield a dense grenache with real, yes, you read it correctly in this age of lolly water - tannins. Plied with used American and French oak, this builds across the mouth nicely, scattering dark berry flavours, orange rind scents, cranberry and briar in its wake. Pliant, fibrous tannins. Savoury and delicious.
