About this product

A true and rare Field Blend, Antiquarian Rare Field White is harvested from small parcels of grapes from mature vines and fermented with wild yeasts in 5 aged Hogshead French oak barrels. A combination of Muscadelle, Chenin Blanc, Colombard and Semillon work in harmony for a layered and intriguing dry white wine. Capturing the essence of the vineyard, the wine is bright straw in colour and exhibits ripe guava and exotic cinnamon. The texturally complex palate speaks of pristine fruit: red apples, quince, nectarine and sweet spices balanced with toasty oak.
