AntiquarianBarossa Shiraz 2017
About this product
The wine is glorious upon release and will develop even greater complexity with cellaring for up to 10 years.
The 2017 Antiquarian Shiraz was selected from the finest Barossa grapes and matured in French oak barriques for 24 months.
Intense, saturated purple colour. Bouquet is licorice, black pepper & ripe plumbs with hints of toasty oak. The medium to full bodied palate is bright and lithe with mulberry, cherry and black pepper, supporting toasting oak and a focusing thread of acidity.
Pair with slow roasted game, chargrilled thick cuts of beef or tender beef cheeks and matured richly flavoured cheese.
