atto a Mano Performance is a combination of two successful series and marries refined craftsmanship (for the stem and the base) and the precision of a machine (for the bowl). The Champagne glass allows the wide range of Champagne to unfold. The larger rim diameter enables the aromas of Champagne to be released, in a way which is not achieved when using a narrow flute. The glass also includes a 'sparkling point' to aid the formation of the Champagne bubbles. The reduced black in the base plate forms a deliberate contrast to the transparent bowl with a subtle optical effect. This light optic impact not only adds a pleasing visual aspect to the bowl, but also increases the inner surface area. RIEDEL Fatto a Mano Performance is produced in the factory in Kufstein. The glasses in this series are made of crystal glass and are dishwasher-safe. The variations are: black stem and transparent base, or transparent stem and black base.
