Rotated once on its axis, wine flows through the first chamber aerating the wine and serving the ideal quantity. Evchen's compact dimensions allow it to be easily stored away. PLEASE NOTE: due to the hand-crafting, small tolerances in the size and weight of the piece, and slight imperfections and variations, are a feature and acceptable part of the process.
