Young winemaker Donovan Rall is in charge of this boutique cellar. This is serious red wine country with high calibre winemaking neighbours all around. Fine combination of classical Bordeaux grape combined with almost a year of maturing on oak to create a dark, brooding blend. A very powerful but ripened red wine showing characteristics of cassis, spice & leather. Firm tannin structure, perfect for ageing. Decanting recommended. Combines well with red meats and game.
