Dry, Full Bodied style of Cabernet SauvignonThe Cabernet fruit comes from a single block on the mountain slopes known as the Bow-wood Block. A fragrant wine with abundant blackcurrant, liquorice and sweet cassis. Soft, smoky oak derived from eighteen months maturation in 300-litre barrels, lends an exotic hint to the nose. Complex and moderately tannic, the wine is elegant and balanced. The fruit component is in harmony with the structure and the flavours are fresh and moreish. Match with slow-roasted lamb & vegetables.
