About this product

The Jordan philosophy is simple: Success begins in the vineyards. Unique by Natures Design, vineyards planted in 600 million year old granite soils face all compass points and lie at altitudes from 160 to 410 m above sea level. The vineyards benefit from cool Indian and Atlantic Ocean breezes. Rich, dense, dark chocolate, black fruit and fynbos flavours interlaced with white pepper. Barrel maturation adds toasty nuances to the richly textured structure. Delicious with herby sausages.

The best Syrah from South Africa

A medium bodied wine that we enjoyed with roast lamb but applicable to any meat dish. In the past I have found South African wines to be elegant but lighter than Australian variety equivalents. But this wine is rich, dense, with dark chocol
