About this product

A cool climate Shiraz Viognier from a single vineyard in the high country of the Eden Valley in the Barossa. The very best parcels of fruit were chosen and picked at optimum flavour to be made into wine under the Eden Hall label. James and Jo Irvine were entrusted as the winemakers. A limited museum release which has greatly benefited from time in bottle. Lifted ripe fruit and white pepper over spicy french and american oak. 95% Shiraz and 5% Viognier. Silky smooth tannins with distinctive Eden Valley regional characters of elegance and finesse.
