About this product


This shochu is made by distilling the sake lees that were peeled off on the day of Dassai sake to extract the alcoholic content.
Due to the production method, it is not possible to obtain a large amount of it, but the beautiful fragrance of Dassai is kept in the shochu.
The high alcohol content of 39% is also due to the fact that the clean scent is highly drawn out in the best condition.
