This liqueur, brewed exclusively from Oita Prefecture-grown kabosu, has a robustly tart taste.
This citrus variety is much bigger than its relative, sudachi, and is well-known in the region for its gorgeously sour notes and delicate bouquet.
Enjoy it on the rocks or blended with soda, or add a splash to barley shochu or sake for an extra layer of flavor.
