Dry, Medium Bodied style of SangiovesePairs well with PastaOur Sangiovese comes from two vineyards on the flats of the valley outside Harvey in the Geographe region where the soils are sandier and less fertile. This medium-bodied wine displays savoury, red berry and earthy characters with dry, soft, juicy tannins which are ripe and well structured. The cherry fruit is sumptuous and lingers on the palate.
Our Sangiovese comes from two vineyards on the flats of the valley outside Harvey in the Geographe region where the soils are sandier and less fertile. This medium-bodied wine displays savoury, red berry and earthy characters with dry, soft, juicy tannins which are ripe and well structured. The cherry fruit is sumptuous and lingers on the palate.
Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
