Limited Release Fog's Folly

Most of the fruit was sourced from the estate in Jarrahdale, vinified in open-top fermenters and plunged twice daily. The wine, aptly named Fogs Folly, is produced at Millbrook Winery using similar blend ratios to the Lakes Folly Cabernets. This is a full-bodied wine with blackcurrant and black cherry fruit characters and a succulent mid-palate. Excellent oak integration and ripe black fruits are finely balanced with firm tannins.
