Pinot Noir was made from grapes grown on our low yielding vineyard in Gruyere. Gentle destemming and crushing followed the cool, night harvest. The grapes were fermented in open stainless steel tanks to allow for both pump overs and punch downs for tannin and colour extraction. As always, our aim with our Pinot Noir is to extract fine silky tannins while ensuring we get the best colour possible.

It's splendidly fruited and inviting on the nose showing dark berry, warm mushroom, dried herb and dark spice aromas, followed by a beautifully rounded palate offering succulent fruit intensity together with silky texture and fine tannins. Harmonious, flavoursome and attractively drinkable.
