Aged for 30 years following the Traditional Solers system. Intense cedar, sandalwood and dried fig aromas with faint rancio and black currants. Sweet spices combine with prune and mocha too. Slippery and remarkably complex, with layered dried fruit, tertiary detail and wood spice, This Oloroso still maintains a freshness in the back palate and mouth-watering appeal. Best served at room temperature or slightly chilled.
