A very old Tio Pepe, this wine takes flor to the extreme. After 10 years of aging only some casks maintan traces of the flor which continues to interact with the wine. From 150 casks, cask 30 was selected as it retained a thin layer of 'flor' despite over a decade in the cellar. Bottled without filtration/clarification. Old gold clour with green reflections. Very intense on the nose with contributions of oak. Harmonious and full in the mouth with a smooth dryness. Serve slightly chilled.
