Delighting the senses are aromas of plum, liquorice, violets and blueberry which are delivered with a refined intensity. Vanillin cedar, dried herb and peppered earth notes are also evident. Rich and polished yet boasting substantial underlying structure, the medium to full bodied palate is flooded with moreish blackberry, dark plum, liquorice and ripe blueberry fruits. What a sublime wine.
