This is the classic sparkling blend made famous in Champagne. The Chardonnay grape adds texture and nutty flavor to the blend, while the Pinot Noir grape variety gives the wine red fruit notes. Look for green apple, fresh citrus and peach notes from the Chardonnay and strawberry notes from the Pinot Noir. This Pinot Noir Chardonnay sparkling wine has intense mineral aromas, a toasty taste, creamy texture, and good aging potential.
