Barossa Valley Shiraz 2019 #8

This 2019 Shiraz has only recently been bottled for us, though it has garnered several high scores from local shows and international critics already. Superbly ripe and perfumed with black/blueberry, vanillin oak, clove and dark cocoa characters on the nose. The plush palate is both concentrated and sumptuous, smooth and richly textured, making it incredibly appealing. Consider cellaring for 10 years if you can avoid cracking it open sooner.
