Pinot Gris is an extremely versatile drop, from light and fresh to layered and complex, and this 2023 example from the Eden Valley lies in the middle of these 2 descriptions. delightful soft layering comes from minimal skin contact and a cool ferment, followed by some post ferment yeast contact for additional texture.
On the palate, enjoy fleshy layers of pear, stonefruit like white peach and a hint of lemon curd. Light mineral notes and pretty florals add length and complexity. Delicious!
