This 2021 is a bright and lifted Grenache, yet quite serious at the same time with rustic aromas of woody herbs, mint and blackberry alongside kirsch. Rich in flavour, but no more than medium bodied, the ripe fruit is framed by a powerful, yet silky tannin structure. Having been matured in seasoned French oak puncheons for 12 months prior to bottling, this is ready to enjoy now or consider cellaring to 2028.
