Yarra Valley Cabernet Shiraz Merlot 2017

This is a good glass of wine, indeed for the price asked it well and truly over delivers. It comes from the winery of one of Yarra Valley's shining stars, a supremely talented winemaker. You can expect dark berry fruits, black olive tapenade and a graphite-minerally note, which makes for a complex and layered palate. Good tannin drive gives length whilst the acid adds a lift, which in turn keeps the wine quite fresh. One to enjoy over the next 3-5 years.
