This is the long awaited Shiraz from a famed Barossa Winery. We've introduced hundreds of customers to their Chardonnay which was very well received, with record reorder rates and this is the pigeon paired Shiraz, if you will. The nose jumps out of the glass with dark berries, lifted floral notes and hints of spiced oak. On the palate you can expect powerful dark red and black fruits with a lift of sweet aromatics curling through the palate. A hint of spice and savoury mineral character adds to the complexity and intensity. Dense and chewy tannins give a grip and texture that envelops the fruit and delivers a long and lingering finish. Particularly when taking the price into account, this is outstanding.
