The fruit for this wine comes from a single Talc Hill vineyard in the Adelaide Hills. Having spent six months maturation in French oak with plenty of time on solids (lees) this is a really impressive Chardonnay. There is a lovely fresh focused nose with spices, a touch of oak, nuts and vanilla. On the palate expect stonefruits and white peaches presented on a beautifully supple palate. One for fans of richer style Chardonnay.
