We add to this the Chateau Yaldara 1847 Grand Pappy's Cabernet Shiraz 2017 a powerful deep rich red wine with a medium bodied palate and cedary oak tannins. The Grand Pappy sells for $320 alone making this upgrade pack unbelievable value. The wines will drink well now or cellar for 15 -20 years. Served best with a medium rare steak and bearnaise sauce.

Kilikanoon Parable - Wine Pilot Sadly this will be the last of this wine, as Kilikanoon has decided to keep their focus exclusively on Clare. So, this cracking shiraz comes from McLaren Vale, and it is indelibly stamped with McLaren Vale DNA. Bright, fragrant red fruits with a spicy plum, dark chocolate mix. Grainy tannins and a cut of oak play a perfect supporting role to structure the palate. It’s juicy and plush with superb fruit concentration. Shame there is no more, but enjoy this one.
