Margaret River Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2020

Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the trademark Margaret River white blend, the 'Classic Dry White' and this is a cracking example. With subtle use of barrel fermentation adding extra a degree of complexity to the hay-bale, stone-fruit, herbal aromas, this is flavoursome, delicate and very, very drinkable. With a clean, dry and lingering finish, this is a terrific food wine.
