A Champagne full of elegance, lightness and finesse. It has a high proportion of Chardonnay sourced from the Côte des Blancs, and Pinot Noir, mostly from the Montagne de Reims region and small portion of Pinot Meunier. It spent 4 years on lees prior to disgorgement and the results are a precise, elegant Champagne with nose of citrus and white flowers. A fine example from a Champagne House that's been in the same family for over two centuries.
