This wine is made of 100% organic Cabernet-Gernischt (aka Carmenere) from vineyards located in the Inner-Mongolian wine region of Wuhai Cabernet-Gernischt was first introduced to China in the mid-late 1800s. This wine has a light purple robe. The nose shows a pure fruity aroma at the beginning with a hint of pepper on the end. The mouth is first very firm and well balanced to finish on a nice spicy perfumed after taste.
