Single vineyards were sampled, flavours were fused, rules were bent and Southern hemisphere met Norton Hemisphere brilliance at a secret blending session to create this blend.Graham and Rob (Invivo Winemaker) have been able to take wines from the Wairau and Awatere Valleys, put them together to produce a vibrant, aromatic and textural creation that will excel with fresh seafood and many other cuisines, or indeed just at home relaxing in your (red) chair

More for fans of herbaceous NZ Sav Blancs than the passion-fruit kind, but still with some fruit. A great white wine to start a meal with or have on its own.
