Inspired by the rolling hills of the Central Ranges, winemaker Debbie Lauritz presents a cool climate, handcrafted blend made in a generous and approachable style. A classic white blend that is bright straw to green in colour with pungent gooseberry, green fruits and hints of slate on the nose. Savoury, generous and complex, the palate is rich with long fruit flavours and has a soft, velvety mouthfeel.
