Pepper TreeHunter Valley Coquun Shiraz 2011
About this product
The name ”Coquun” is in reference to Aboriginal Dreaming, when the Hunter Valley was referred to as ‘the Coquun” by the Wonnaurua (’people of the hills and plains’), whom are said to have lived in the area for 30,000 years. The Shiraz fruit comes from the ‘Tallawanta’ Vineyard planted in 1920. Traditional vinification is followed by maturation in French oak for 12 months.
