Wirra WirraHiding Champion Sauvignon Blanc 2013
About this product
This label was named after Greg Trott, founder of Wirra Wirra who had an uncanny ability of turning a simple run to the local shops into an interstate luncheon. Over time it was accepted that he was in training to become the Olympic Hiding Champion. Quite atypical for the variety, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with aromas of lemon and light stonefruit with only faint notes of varietal gooseberry. The savoury palate is fresh and light with good balance and poise in a deliberately delicate style.
