About this product

A luscious blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from a small, family-owned Chateau situated in Saint-Emilion. It's a rich and intense wine, redolent with lively black cherry and raspberry fruit characters on a firm, long palate. You can cellar it (until 2018) or enjoy it now with richly flavoured red meat dishes. A steak Diane perhaps, or fillet steak with a Bordelaise sauce.

Got a case of 6 via a 24 hour special deal inclusive of delivery. Nice French Bordeaux. Could not be mistaken for an Australia red ! I would recommend to open the bottle at least 1 hour before testing and even decant it if you can to op

Big plummy fruit bomb, more like a Maclaren Vale cab merlot than a Bordeaux, interesting but probably insufficient acid and tannin to ever mellow
